Tamara Helfer, MD completed her residency and fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health system in Richmond, VA. She is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist who cares for children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, autism, and mood/psychotic disorders.
